•Gift Cards (Old Navy preferred) so the mother can buy the children clothes.
•Food for a full Christmas meal the family can prepare themselves.
•Money for the mother to pay one bill (i.e. rent, utilities).

Poinsettias in Honor of Loved Ones
Thanks to everyone who ordered poinsettias in honor or memory of loved ones. These poinsettias have been placed in the sanctuary to decorate the church for today’s Christmas worship celebration. Please see the special Poinsettia Bulletin Insert included in today’s bulletin for a list of those who are being honored. Those who ordered poinsettias may pick them up following today’s service. If you are uncertain about how many poinsettias to take with you, please see Chris Wingard or check the list which has been posted on the bulletin board.
Help Needed in Sound/Media Ministry
Anyone interested in helping with the Sound/Media Ministry, please contact Pastor Deb immediately. Experience is preferred, but training will be available.
Christmas Card Table Is Available
A Christmas card table is available in the foyer. You are welcome to leave cards for your church family on the table. Also, please stop by the table today to pick up the cards which have been left for you.
Next Connections 101 Class
Begins Sunday, January 10, 2010 Please sign up at the information center if you would like to be
a part of the next class. Pastor Tim teaches Connections 101 during Sunday School. It is a requirement for membership at CWOC, but is open to anyone interested in attending.

Anyone who did not have your picture taken for the directory, please get a photo of yourself or your family which can be used for the directory to Laura Blevins.
Servant Appreciation Banquet
Friday, January 8, 2010—7 PM
If you can attend the Worker Appreciation Banquet, please add your name and the name of your spouse, if attending, to the sign-up sheet in the foyer. Please list also any children in your family who will need nursery care. The Banquet is for all those who served in any capacity of the ministry of CWOC in 2009.
2009 Global Outreach (GO) Offering
Deadline Is December 27
The deadline has passed for receiving a commemorative mug in appreciation for your Day’s Wage Global Outreach Offering. The final deadline for turning in all other Day’s Wage offerings, quarter container rolls for the children and teens, and regular Global Outreach offerings is Sunday, December 29. Please see the Global Outreach Offering 2009 insert for more information.
Crossroads Family Christmas
TONIGHT—5:30 PM—Activity Center You won’t want to miss this fun evening of entertainment, food, and fellowship with your CWOC church family. This will also be our time for giving and receiving gifts. The Music Ministry sponsors this event and they will be furnishing soups. Everyone else, please bring sides and Christmas goodies.
Crossroads Family Christmas is in lieu of Sunday School tonight.

CHANGES IN THE CHILDREN’S MINISTRY
Effective Sunday, January 3, 2010
Parents / Grandparents will need to sign their kids in at the gym for Children’s Church – ages 6 -12.
And Preschool Kids, ages 3 – 5, need to be signed in at the Nursery desk.
Help us as we are transforming for growth and becoming more excellent!
The first Sunday of every other month, Preschool and Children’s Church classes (ages 3 -12) will be combined in the gym for a crusade-style service. There will be music, puppets, and more! Parents are invited to attend and see what is going on in the Children’s Ministry at CWOC.
Join us Sunday, January 3, for our first Children’s Crusade. We are excited about what God is doing in our Children’s Ministry at CWOC.
